      Fikrinevi Advertising Agency Inc. (\u201cFikrinevi\u201d) has the title of \u201cdata controller\u201d within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (\u201cLaw\u201d). This Explicit Consent Text aims to obtain the explicit consent of Fikrinevi customers for the following situations where the personal data processing conditions in the Law cannot be met.<\/p>\n

      In cases that do not require explicit consent, data processing activities are continued within the scope of the Information Text, and in cases that require explicit consent, data is processed in accordance with the basic principles stated in the Information Text.<\/p>\n
