General Use Agreement

1.1: The e-mail sending limit is up to 100 pieces / hour. fikrinevi.com may change hourly submissions.

1.2: Backups taken by the Customer are hosted on the server for 15 days and can then be automatically removed by the system.

1.3: Packages cannot be used for purposes such as file sharing, file/data storage, download center or backup area, which would contradict the concept of web hosting.

1.4: Packages cannot be used for bulk/spam e-mails. fikrinevi.com may restrict hourly submissions when deemed necessary.

1.5: The Customer is obliged to back up its data. Our company cannot be held responsible for possible data loss.

1.6: The good faith quota for backup is 5 GB. For data exceeding 5 GB, no backup guarantee is offered.

1.7: For free site migration service, 100% migration guarantee cannot be given.

1.8: Unlimited features are based on bona fide use. The aim here is for our customers to use their packages in good faith without any limitations. Packages have CPU limits based on this principle. The goodwill monthly traffic usage checkpoint is 50GB. The good faith disk usage checkpoint is 10GB.

1.9: Unless otherwise stated in our packages, the CPU usage limit is 100% of a processor core. In certain packages, this rate can be up to 400%.

1.10: Unless otherwise specified in our hosting packages, the inode limit is 200,000.

1.11: In all hosting packages, peer (park/alias) domains can only be used for co-publishing the existing website. For uses other than website publication (mail, etc.), Fikrinevi may suspend the relevant services without notice.

1.12: Addon / Alias / Peer / Park domain names used in hosting services can be used if they are registered as a domain name service in the user account. In case of using domain names that do not belong to the user or registered on a different company, the proof of the right to use the domain name belongs to the user. If Fikrinevi deems necessary, it may stop the publication of these additional domain names and remove them from the hosting service.

1.14: Our users who receive service from our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access rights.

1.16: fikrinevi.com may periodically monitor resource usage (CPU, number/size of files, MySQL, MSSQL, Traffic, Disk usage, etc.) and may ask the customer to reduce its resources. In cases where package limits or bona fide usage guidelines are exceeded, the system may automatically limit, stop, redirect to a special page or limit.

1.17: fikrinevi.com may make IP, server and infrastructure changes for active packages without notifying the user when deemed necessary, regardless of criteria such as resource utilization or server performance.

1.18: The use of benefits such as campaigns, promotions, discounts, free additional time, etc. are company and personalized, unless otherwise stated. In the event that the use of the benefit provided from accounts created through different names, e-mail or phone records, etc. is detected outside the framework of the specified rules, Fikrinevi may suspend the relevant account and service without notice, and may request the user to pay the difference of the relevant benefit.

1.19: Each account has a single administrator account. If a user opens accounts with different or similar names or information, Fikrinevi may suspend the relevant accounts and services without notice. It can close access to accounts.

1.20: fikrinevi.com has the right to terminate and return the service at any time without giving any reason.

1.21: fikrinevi.com reserves the right to make changes in the hosting packages and the articles affecting these packages and all other elements.
