Information Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

Fikrinevi Advertising Agency Inc. (“Fikrinevi”), this information text has been prepared in order to inform our customers about the personal data we process within the scope of our commercial activities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and relevant legislation.

4. Collection Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through the website, various contracts, all kinds of information forms, with your express consent or within the scope of other data processing conditions stipulated in the Law. This information is obtained for the purposes of presenting our commercial activities within the framework of the law and, in this context, for Fikrinevi to continue its commercial life and to fulfill its responsibilities arising from the law completely and accurately.

Rights of Relevant Persons Specified in Article 11 of the Law

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, each relevant person; By applying with a notice sent to Fikrinevi’s address mentioned above via a notary or by applying in person by presenting your ID;

a) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

b) Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

ç) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

d) Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,

e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

f) Requesting that the transactions carried out in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

g) Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

ğ) Requesting compensation for the damage in case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data,

Explicit Consent Text for the Processing of Personal Data

Fikrinevi Advertising Agency Inc. (“Fikrinevi”) has the title of “data controller” within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). This Explicit Consent Text aims to obtain the explicit consent of Fikrinevi customers for the following situations where the personal data processing conditions in the Law cannot be met.

In cases that do not require explicit consent, data processing activities are continued within the scope of the Information Text, and in cases that require explicit consent, data is processed in accordance with the basic principles stated in the Information Text.

Accordingly, personal data is processed by Fikrinevi,

Sending me communication messages and e-mails for sales, marketing and promotional purposes regarding products, services, stores and campaigns,
Determining my opinions and complaints regarding products and services,
Profiling and creating reports regarding my likes, hobbies, personal tastes, pages I visit, orders and complaints in order to receive more efficient and better service,
Carrying out marketing activities,
Establishing my membership procedures,
Delivery of printed materials for membership and promotional/advertising purposes,

and may be shared with the parties specified in the Information Text for these purposes.
